In this course you will learn the fundamentals and healing power of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a consciousness based, holistic approach to optimal health and prevention of disease, incorporating the elements of nature. This science of healing & consciousness, including emphasis on purification and balance of the physical body, as well as movement of prana (life force energy).
